HH takes responsibility for your privacy very seriously, and we are committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with the requirements of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

1. General information about GDPR

From 25 May 2018, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies. The GDPR is designed to protect you as a customer and your rights regarding the handling and dissemination of your personal data.

2. What personal information does HH Connect collect

We collect and process general personal data about you, including, for example, name, address, email address, telephone number, birthday and payment card information.

If you interact on our digital platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.), we may also automatically collect the information below. We do this as a starting point to become better at understanding how our stakeholders/fans use our digital platforms, so we can create better content and more relevant communication:

• How you have reached our digital platform and the Internet Protocol (IP) address you have used
• Your browser type, versions and plug-ins and your operating system
• What content you've 'liked' or shared
• What videos you've been watching and for how long
• What ads you have seen or interacted with on our Platforms
• What links you click and any searches you've made, how long you've been on a page and other interactions
• Your affiliation as a customer
• Information you fill out in forms

3. How is your personal data collected?

HH Connect Consult ApS collects your personal information:

• When you sign up for some of our services, newsletters, etc. • When you register for competitions or participate in polls • When you contact us in general, for example by email • When you participate in different types of surveys, we may perform • When you are a supplier to us • When you are a customer with us

4. For what purpose does HH Connect Consult ApS process your personal data?

• To administer and offer products and services that you have requested or expressed interest in
• To administer contests, polls and other offers in which you participate
• To communicate with you if the service you have requested is not available
• To personalize and improve your experience on our Platforms
• To conduct market research that can improve your experience and our products and services
• To collect your activity on our digital platforms
• To personalize the communications we send out to you
• To assess whether the job applicant is a qualified candidate for a vacancy

5. On what legal basis is your personal data processed?

Personal data collected and processed for the above purposes takes place either

• On the basis of consent, cf. GdpR Art. 6(1)(a)
• As a result of the fact that the processing is necessary for the performance of a contractual obligation towards you, cf. Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation
• As a result of our legal obligation to do so, cf. Article 6(1)(c) of the General Data Protection Regulation
• Because it is necessary for us to pursue a legitimate interest, cf. Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation

Only personal data is collected that is necessary for us to fulfill our obligations and provide the best possible service to you. If you do not provide the required personal data, we will not be able to offer the requested service.

6. Disclosure of information

HH Connect Consult ApS only discloses personal data to third parties in accordance with what is stated in this privacy policy.

HH Connect Consult ApS does not disclose personal data to other data controllers, unless

• You expressly consent to this
• It is for the performance of a contractual obligation to you
• HH Connect Consult ApS is legally obliged to do so

HH Connect Consult ApS may also disclose personal data as instructed by a court or other authority, or to protect trademarks, rights or property rights. This involves exchanging information with other companies and organisations for fraud protection.

HH Connect Consult ApS uses service providers and data processors who perform work on our behalf. Below are some examples:

• Server Hosting
• System maintenance
• Email Service

These data processors may access data to the extent necessary to provide their services and services. The partners will be contractually obliged to treat all data strictly confidentially and are thus not allowed to use data for anything other than what is covered by the contractual obligation to HH Connect Consult ApS.

If HH Connect Consult ApS, exceptionally, discloses personal data to a service provider or data processor outside the EU, HH Connect Consult ApS ensures compliance with the legal requirements for such transfers.

7. Cookies

If EfB Elite A/S, exceptionally, discloses personal data to a service provider or data processor outside the EU, HH Connect Consult ApS ensures compliance with the requirements of the legislation for such transfers.

8. Period of storage

The information is stored for the period permitted by law – in all cases, the information is deleted when it is no longer necessary for the company. The period depends on the nature of the information and the background for storage.

Applications are processed via a recruitment system on efb.dk and stored for six months. Subsequently, the applicant will be sent an email and consent to the application continuing to be stored by the company.

Information relevant to accounting material is deleted in accordance with section 10 of the Danish Bookkeeping Act is stored for five years plus the current financial year.

According to the provisions of the Danish Marketing Practices Act, personal data is stored for 2 years from the last contact to the person; for the purpose of documenting the consent.

9. Security

We have taken technical and organizational measures against your information being accidentally or illegally deleted, published, lost, impaired or come to the knowledge of unauthorized persons, misused or otherwise processed in violation of the law.

If your access to certain areas of our Digital Platforms requires a password, you are responsible for keeping your password secure and confidential. Do not share or disclose your password with others.

10. Insights and complaints

You have the right to know what personal data we process about you. You can also object to the use of information at any time.

If the information processed about you is incorrect, you have the right to have it corrected or deleted. Inquiries about this can be made to hh@hhconnect.me.

If you want to complain about our processing of your personal data, you also have the opportunity to contact the Danish Data Protection Agency.
